How long will it take for my item to get delivered?

Depending on the level of customization in your gear will vary the time it takes to get to you. You will get your item within 7-12 business days of ordering. Most items however will ship much faster than that.

Some of our products our sold directly from the maufacturer located in China. It can take 10-20 days before you receivce your item. This is due to processing, shipping and going through customs.  Once the product has shipped, the time to receive is beyond our control. We greatly appreciate your patience as we attempt to bring you great products for your family and friends at great prices.

NOTICE: Our store has products that are produced and shipped from different locations. If you order more than one item from us then most likely the items will arrive in separate packages. They will also sometimes arrive on different days. The delivery time of your product is stated on the sales page. Just remember that it is normal for your order to arrive in separate packages.

Some items listed on the 2 Owl Sisters website are ordered directly from the manufacturer. This means, that there is the possibility to incur customs fees, taxes and import duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. 

Shipping can be delayed by customs. There is nothing we can do about this once the product has shipped. 

How can I track my order?

When you order with 2 Owl Sisters you are emailed out a unique order ID. You can lookup your order any time here: www.2owlsisters.com/track If you don't have the order ID you can also alternatively look up your order by email on that page.

I see multiple charges on my card, how do I get one removed?

In the rare event that a card receives a double charge for an item please contact support and they will issue a refund for it immediately. Support is best reached at info@2owlsisters.com.

We accidentally ordered the wrong size, how can we change it?

If the item has not been made yet, we can change the size of it still for you. If it is already on the way to you, then it's a bit tough because it has already been made. Please contact support and they will get the size changed for you, most people notice it right after they order and we can get it switched for them pretty easily. Send us an email and we'll let you know.

The mug I received was broken, how can I get a new one?

Unfortunately, from time to time, mugs do get broken in transit. They are ceramic and if someone doesn't take good care of the package it can be broken. We have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send us a photo with the broken mug and your order details to info@2owlsisters.com and we'll get you a new one out!


RETURNS

Full price items purchased at 2 Owl Sisters are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are eligible for store credit ONLY, and must be received by 2 Owl Sisters within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.

All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.


ORDERING

Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, insufficient stock, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please note that 2 Owl Sisters shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not your credit card has been charged.

If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, 2 Owl Sisters  shall issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount you paid. 2 Owl Sisters  cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order.

If an item is unavailable, the 2 Owl Sisters Customer Service team will notify you in a timely manner.

2 Owl Sisters  reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. 2 Owl Sisters  will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur.

2 Owl Sisters  reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipping, should we find an error in pricing.
